- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would suggest using a different Hospital if at all possible. After taking a multitude of tests my daughter was diagnosed with acute sinusitis. My insurance company was billed over $6,500. My portion was about $1,500. These same tests and doctor's fee cost me about $200 at my doctors office. When I called about the bill being so high all they could say was.....we'll she did come to the emergency room...we can make no adjustments to the bill. A doctor (which she never saw) should be able to determine sinusitis without this type of costs. Time in emergency room about 10 minutes to see a PA or it could have been a nurse (not a doctor). Time waiting for results - 5 hours in the waiting room.April 05, 2017by D Fuchs
